Find A Person: Applicants
The "Find a Person" feature was implemented in order to make finding individuals throughout the system a bit more streamlined. Naturally you can go to each of the sections in ExactEstate to find the people you are looking for but this feature was placed here to make that task quicker. The feature is implemented in a pop-up modal that opens when you click the link in the navigation.
A pop-up modal will appear where you can search for Applicants with the "Find A Person" search.
Your search criteria may include:
- First and Last name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
You can toggle the switch to return active or inactive Applicants as shown below.
Note: By default, the search only returns active matches.
When you search, if there is a match found in the system, it will be displayed as shown below.
Note: you can navigate to the appropriate "person's" actions page by clicking the row with their name displayed as shown here too
