Updating the Make Ready Board
Keeping your make ready board updated and current is an important step in staying organized in property management. To update the make ready board, first we need to navigate to it by clicking on the "Make Ready Board" under units.
When you are on the main make ready board, you will see a list of unoccupied units. To update the status for any unit, click on the cog icon found inside the table:
Two options will appear for the unit after clicking on the cog icon
- Edit Make Ready: This button will take you to a form where you can update the status's for any given unit.
- Toggle Ready Status This toggles the "Ready" status for a unit. Any unit with a ready status will be highlighted yellow on the table.
