Viewing the Unit Water Bills
You are able to enter Water Bills for a particular month for all units at the property you currently have selected using the Water Bill Upload application. To find the water bills application, look for the "Water Bills" link found in the Units section on the left side navigation.
On this page you will be able to upload water bill information for itemization into Unit Rental Fees. Water billing entered here must either be entered before Rent is generated, or an Admin must manually generate the charges from Admin Settings. Without this, the water bills will not be posted to a Resident Ledger.
If you need to view units without water bills, you can do so by selecting the "Units Without Water Bills" button found just above the table.
