How To Export And Print a Move In Inspection

To export a move in inspection, we need to first navigate to the Inspections page. In the Units section of the side navigation, click on the link labeled "Inspections".

The "Inspections" button is the fourth link in the Units section.

This will bring you to the main inspections page. From here, simply select the unit you wish to view, and click on "Select Unit"

When you have selected a unit, click on the "Export" button found at the top right of the page where your profile is located.

After clicking this button, a small form will appear. You can digitally sign the inspection sheet by using your mouse or finger on the blank area above "Sign Here". After digitally signing, click "Sign Document" to add your digital signature. If you wish to print out the documents without a digital signature, simply click "Proceed Without Signature".

After clicking "Sign Document" or "Proceed without Signature", a PDF will open in a new browser tab with all current inspection sheets.
