How Residents Can Reset Their Password
Residents are able to reset their password from the resident portal login page. Underneath the "Sign-In" button there is a link saying "Forgot Password?".
The resident will then need to enter in their username and press "Send Reset Link". They will then be emailed a link where they can enter new password credentials.
Residents can not request a new password without their username. Staff can find resident usernames on the Resident Actions page.
