How To Create A Work Order from the Resident Portal
Residents are able to edit their profile from the resident portal. To navigate to the profile page, residents can click "Work Orders" from the navigation sidebar.
This will bring you to the main resident portal work order page. From here, click on "Create New Work Order".
Next, the resident will have the ability to select the Location, Category, and Item that they need serviced. Once done, clicking "Create Work Order" will submit the work order.
Residents can leave issue notes on work orders if the setting is enabled from the Admin Menu.
