Resident Portal Merchant Bank Payments
Not only does ExactEstate support Credit Card Payments, we also allow ACH Bank Payments to be processed in our system as well.
Please note that ACH Payments are non-refundable. You must issue credit back to the account, it is not the same as a credit card transaction.
First go to the Resident Portal Homepage and click the "Make Payment" buttons shown below.
When on the payment page, simply enter in your payment information and submit the form. Once this is completed the payment will be submitted into the system.
