How to Submit Subsidy Payments

Manual Subsidy Payments

Subsidy payments can be entered manually through ExactEstate's payment interface as shown below.

First go to the Resident Search Page.

Find the resident you wish and click the Options Cog to open the Options Panel, and click on "Resident Actions"

Now click on "View Ledger" from the quick links shown below.

When on the ledger page you will need to click "Add Payment" in the header. A pop-up modal appears, and from there you need to select "Make Other Payment" as shown here.

You are now on the page where you can make manual subsidy payments. Please fill out the information as you see on the form and when you submit the form the payment will be stored in the system.
