Email Resident Receipts
First go to the Resident Search Page.
Find the resident you wish and click the Options Cog to open the Options Panel, and click on "Resident Actions"
Now click on "View Ledger" from the quick links shown below.
When on the ledger page you will see a table filled with payments and charges. Click on the cog icon for a payment.
This will open payment options. From here select "Email Receipt to Residents" to send a payment receipt. You will be copied on this email.
