Work Order Locations are areas associated with work orders. These help accurately specify where work is being performed. Examples include:
- Examples: Locations can include: master bedroom, secondary bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc.
- Custom Locations: Additional custom locations specific to your setup can be added as needed. Ensure they are clear and relevant to your work order process.
Helpful Tips
- Every location should clearly describe a specific area to assist technicians in locating issues.
- If locations vary between buildings or apartments, ensure appropriate distinctions in names (e.g., "Building A - Master Bedroom").
- Use meaningful and simple names to avoid confusion.
