Work Order Inventory Validation for System Setup
Please follow the validation rules below when filling out System Data in the System Setup File that needs to be filled out for onboarding.
Validation Rules: Work Order Inventory
Work Orders can also track inventory usage in ExactEstate. When you complete a work order in the system you can associate used inventory to track product on-hand.
Inventory Item Name: This is the name of the inventory item you wish to track. For example: paint, nails, tools, etc...
Quantity: Fill in the number of items you have on hand here.
Description: Fill in the inventory item's description here.
