Application Denial Letters Validation for System Setup
Follow the validation rules below when entering data into the System Setup File to create templated denial letters for applications.
Validation Rules
ExactEstate supports the generation of templated denial letters when an application is denied. Use this file to configure the necessary letter fields. The image below demonstrates how each field maps to the template.
- From Organization: The name of the organization sending the denial letter.
- From Addressee: The addressee's name for the denial letter.
- From Street Address: The street address of the sender.
- From City: The city where the letter is being sent from.
- From State: The state where the letter is being sent from.
- From Zip: The zip code where the letter is being sent from.
- Additional Information: Any extra text you'd like to include in the denial letter, such as optional messages or explanations.
