Children Validation for System Setup
Please follow the validation rules below when filling out System Data in the System Setup File that needs to be filled out for onboarding.
Validation Rules: Children
First Name: Required
Middle Name: Leave blank if you do not want to enter this data
Last Name: Required
Gender: Should be one of these: ["male", "female", "other]
DOB (Date of Birth): Should follow the date format "MM/DD/YYYY" or "M/D/YYYY"
SSN and Alien Registration: One or the other is required, however, if one field is filled out, the other must be empty.
Race: Must be one of these: ["American Indian or Alaska Native", "Asian Indian", "Japanese", "Chinese", "Korean", "Filipino", "Vietnamese", "Other Asian", "Black or African American", "Native Hawaiian", "Samoan", "Guamanian", "Chamorro", "Other Pacific Islander", "White", "Other", "Member did not specify"]
Ethnicity: Must be one of these: ["Hispanic or Latino", "Member Did Not Specify", "Not Hispanic or Latino"]
Is Student: Must be either "Yes" or "No"
