Posting Subsidy Voucher Payments to Resident Ledgers
ExactEstate allows you to upload monthly Subsidy Voucher Payments if you opt to use TRACS integration with our partner Shof Corp.
To begin, find the "Manual Batches" section found on the left side navigation, then click on "Upload Subsidy".
After clicking that link, you are directed to a the "Subsidy Upload" page, and from here, if you have a Shof Corp contract, you can preview the voucher payment data by clicking the link shown below.
From the Preview Data page you can see all information that will be uploaded.
Automatically Post Voucher Payments to Resident Ledger
To post the voucher payment data into a resident ledger, simply click the "Submit" button shown here.
When the pop-up modal appears, confirm the notice that all payments will be submitted. And then you are done!
View Issues in Shof Corp Voucher Payment Data
If you have an issue in the voucher payment data we gathered from Shof Corp, we display it here.
Note that we only allow Voucher Payments that match residents in ExactEstate as well as Vouchers with a Comment/Type of 'reg'. Any Voucher Payment that does not follow those rules, will be placed in the "Issue List".
Note that you can export the data as shown in the message to add a field of data if needed. From there you would go to the Upload Subsidy page and submit the CSV as noted there.
