Editing Preleasing Information
Editing preleasing information is simple and straight-forward in ExactEstate.
To edit preleasing information a unit, first find the "Preleased" tab in the side navigation.
Find the applicant you are looking for. Click the cog icon () to bring up the options menu.
Select the "Edit Pre-Leasing Info" option from the pop-up menu.
You are now at the edit page. From this page you can:
- Change the selected unit
- Update the pre-leasing move-in date
- Cancel the application
