How to Create Merchant Accounts

Creating Merchant Accounts

Merchant Accounts are what allow users of ExactEstate to process Merchant Payments in our system. In order to use our full suite of payment options (ACH, Credit and Debit payments) you must register a Merchant Account in our system with Swipe4Free, our partnered payment processor.

First, go to System Setup from the main Admin Navigation.

Click the "Merchant Account" link from the card on the page to navigate to the correct page.

CSV Uploads

The only way to create Merchant Accounts is to manually create them in the system. Note that you can have one Merchant Account for each Property. To create one, click "Create New" in the header navigation.

Once you click the button a pop-up modal is shown where you are able to enter the registered account information that was provided to you by Swipe4Free.

If you fill out your data correctly and click "Submit" your Merchant Account will be added to the system.

Edit Merchant Account or Delete Merchant Account Options

With Merchant Accounts uploaded you can open the Options Cog as shown below and when the options modal opens you can choose to Edit or Delete your Merchant Account.
