Creating Rental Add-Ons
Rental Add-Ons are additional items such as Washer/Dryers, Cable, or any other paid expense that you wish assigned or associated with a Unit. Properties have Units and a Property's Rental Add-Ons can be assigned to them.
First go to System Setup
Click the "Rental Add-Ons" link from the card on the page to navigate to the Add-Ons page.
You can create an Add-On by clicking the "Create New" button in the navigation.
Create the new Add-On by filling out the form fields and submitting.
Now you can view your created Rental Add-Ons on the Add-Ons page.
Please note that you can make a charge for rental add-ons that are not supposed to be paid by residents. An example of this would be for single family homes where the landlord pays the insurance for the home as shown below.
