Changing a Property Merchant Account

Merchant Accounts allow your Property to submit merchant payments through the authorize.net API to capture payments from Applications or Residents. This page shows how to assign a Merchant Account, which you have set up with our payment processing partner Swipe4Free, that enables you to accept payments.

First, go to System Setup from the main Admin Navigation.

Click the "Property" link from the card on the page to navigate to the correct page.

Property Options

You will need to open the Property Options panel from the Properties Page in order to see the option to change Merchant Accounts. Do this by clicking the Options Cog to the right of the table row.

Once the Options Modal is opened, simply click the link to "Change Merchant Account".

Select the option you wish from the drop-down selections and submit the form to change the Property Merchant Account.

You will then be notified that the Merchant Account is changed, but you can also view this by altering the filtered fields in the table options.
