Assign Extra User Individual Permissions
Group Permissions are generally the best way to handle permission based aspects of the system, but in the event you need fine-tuned permissions. This is accomplished with Individual User Permissions as shown here.
First go to Users from the Admin section of the navigation.
From the User's Page you will click the Options Cog and it will open an options modal for you to select the link as shown below.
When you click the link you are directed to a new page where you can toggle the permissions you wish to be assigned or not as shown below.
