Periodic tasks
ExactEstate allows multiple automated actions to execute without user interaction, if that is what you want. This page shows the various Periodic Tasks we have that you can customize based on your needs.
First go to Admin Settings from the navigation.
Send Daily Report Email
The Send Daily Report Email Task is a full report-based emailed overview of your system that automatically delivers each day at a custom time you decide. To Edit click the button shown below.
On the next page you can select the schedule you wish for the Task.
Generate Rent for All Properties
The Generate Rent for All Properties Task generates rent for your communities at a custom specified time. To Edit click the button shown below.
On the next page you can select the schedule you wish for the Task.
Generate Late Fees for All Properties
The Generate Late Fees for All Properties Task will automatically generate late fees for delinquent residents based on your selection. To Edit click the button shown below.
On the next page you can select the schedule you wish for the Task.
