Generation Actions
Most actions in ExactEstate are automatic, but if for any reason you need or wish to complete larger tasks manually we provide that ability in our system here.
First go to Admin Settings from the navigation.
Generate Rent
To Generate Rent please click this button as shown here.
Next a pop-up will where you can select to generate rent for the single property you have selected, or for the whole portfolio of properties you have in the system. Select the option you wish and it will complete in a background task.
Generate Late Fees
To Generate Late Fees please click this button as shown here.
Next a pop-up will where you can select to generate late fees for the single property you have selected, or for the whole portfolio of properties you have in the system. Select the option you wish and it will complete the progress in a background task.
Generate Water Bills
To Generate Water Bills please click this button as shown here.
Next a pop-up will where you can select to generate Water Bills for this month. This action will add charges for entered Water Bills for the currently selected Property.
