Assisted Setup: Concierge Service

The Resident Management provides a comprehensive set of tools for creating, updating, and maintaining all essential information, communications, and service records pertaining to current and former tenants.

Data Validation & Definitions

Below are the field names and descriptions to help ensure each are filled out properly to ensure accurate onboarding of your data.

• Add-On Name: This will be the add-on name you entered previously.
• First Name: Required
• Middle Name: Leave blank if you do not want to enter this data
• Last Name: Required
• Phone: Must be in a format like this: 555 555 5555, 5555555555, 555-555-5555, or (555) 555 5555
• Email: Must be in a valid email. If one is not present, enter [email protected]
• Type: Must be either "Primary" or "Secondary". Primary Residents would be Primary Applicants or Heads of Household, whereas other Residents or co-applicants would be Secondary Residents.
• Is Section8: Must be either "Yes" or "No"
• Gender: Must be one of these: ["Male", "Female", "Other"]
• DOB: Should follow the date format "MM/DD/YYYY" or "M/D/YYYY"
• SSN and Alien Registration: One or the other is required, however, if one field is filled out, the other must be empty.
• License Number: Leave this field blank if you do not have this data.
• License Issue State: Leave this field blank if you do not have this data. Otherwise, this field must be one of these values:

• Is Student: Must be either "Yes" or "No"
• Lease Start: Should follow the date format "MM/DD/YYYY" or "M/D/YYYY"
• Lease End: Should follow the date format "MM/DD/YYYY" or "M/D/YYYY"
• Lease Price: Lease price is required, and it must be a decimal/float.
  • Examples:
  • Correct: '2.50', '$3.00', '0.00'
  • Incorrect: '$25 dollars and 30 cents', 'One Hundred'
• Move In Date: Should follow the date format "MM/DD/YYYY" or "M/D/YYYY"
• Building: The Building MUST be a valid building name entered in the system.
• Unit: The Unit MUST be a valid Unit Number in the Building entered earlier.
• Rental Assistance: The Rental Assistance field is required as it dictates the rental assistance that should be entered for each resident being uploaded. This is a monthly value and it must be $0.00 or above. If there is no Rental Assistance for a Resident, enter $0.00.
