ExactEstate simplifies and accelerates the entire applicant journey, from initial submission to final lease.

Under the Applications tab, you will find centralized tools for managing every stage of the pipeline:

Create New Application: Quickly initiate a new application for a prospective resident or easily retrieve the direct link for online self-submission.
Pipeline Tracking: Dedicated views for monitoring the status of applications, including those In Progress, applications that are Approved but not yet Pre-leased, and those currently on the Waitlist.
Pre-leased: View all applications that have been successfully approved and committed to a pre-leased unit.
Income Certification: Tools to manage or review applicant income data and certification compliance.
Application Processing: Distinct sections for Mgmt. (Management) Processing and Comp. (Compliance) Processing to ensure systematic and accurate review of all applications.
