The Inspection Items allows you to create and manage detailed, standardized checklists of specific property components (e.g., appliances, fixtures, condition of walls) that must be assessed during any formal property inspection.

Inspection Items are the areas of a rented unit that require inspection in order for move-ins, move-outs, and make ready's to occur.

• Examples of this could be: keys, parking passes, fobs, washer/dryer, etc...
