The Application Denial Reasons enables you to standardize, document, and select from a defined list of compliant reasons when formally rejecting a prospective tenant's rental application.

• Denial Reasons: When an application is denied in ExactEstate, you have the ability to print off a templated denial letter. In that letter, there are reasons that an application is denied which is decided during application processing. Include the denial reasons you'd like to select from when generating and application denial.
