Rental add-ons are optional, fee-based amenities or services, such as parking spaces, storage units, in-unit laundry privileges, or pet allowances, that enhance the standard lease agreement.

Data Validation & Definitions

Below are the field names and descriptions to help ensure each are filled out properly to ensure accurate onboarding of your data.

Rental Add-Ons are ways to charge your residents for extra features that are not part of the standard lease price. For example: washers/dryers, pool usage, fitness center usage, etc...

Add-On Name: Name your Add-Ons however you wish.
Add-On Price: You can enter in any monthly price you wish. Note that the value cannot be under 0.00 though.
Add-On Transaction Code: You can enter in any Transaction Code you wish. Transaction Codes allow charges and payments to be satisfied. Please enter the code seen below, not the Human Name.
