Our property setup service can significantly reduce the time it takes to add your property to ExactEstate. Simply fill out the provided Excel file and we'll do the rest. There are a number tabs in the file that must be completed. Note some tabs are based on others which is noted throughout each page and some worksheets have default data that simply require your review for edits or changes.

It is possible that you will not need to fill out each worksheet. For example, if this is a setup for a new property there will be no residents or children.
