Administrative management features in ExactEstate allow staff to configure the application's overall functionality, including defining user roles and permissions and managing system-wide settings



Administrative Functions within ExactEstate

Under the Admin tab in ExactEstate, you will find the following core administrative features:

  • Admin Settings: Used to manage operational parameters like Resident Settings, Universal Settings (Late fees & Application Terms of Service), Payment Settings, Email Settings, and Periodic Tasks (e.g., scheduling the Daily Report), along with generating Rent, Late Fee, and Utility Bills.

  • System Setup: The comprehensive area for establishing the foundational structure of the system, including Properties, Buildings, Residents, and Accounting frameworks.

  • Users: Allows for the creation, review, and management of individual staff user types, assigned properties, and specific system permissions.

  • Group Permissions: Provides the ability to create, review, and manage predefined User Groups and their associated permissions for streamlined access control.

  • Hosted Websites: Enables the review and management of property or company websites that are designed and hosted through ExactEstate.
